Gravity is offered by Nils Groove. These terms apply when you use Gravity, the control room or Gravity Cloud.

Beta

Gravity is in beta. Features can change, break or stop without notice. Access is by invitation. Gravity charges nothing during the beta; before any paid plan starts you see its price and agree to it separately.

As is

Gravity is provided as is, without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. Gravity starts the coding agents you choose on your own computer, with your own vendor logins. You are responsible for what those agents change, for your backups, and for following the terms of each AI vendor (see the login policy). Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Gravity for anything illegal or to harm other people.
• Do not try to reach other accounts, devices or data, or to get around sign-in, rate limits or device limits.
• Do not attack, overload or probe Gravity Cloud, and do not send it more traffic than normal device use.
• Do not sell or share access to your account.

Your account

Keep your email account and passkeys safe: they open your control room. We can pause or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You can end your account at any time: remove your devices and write to hello@gravitycontrol.app. We then delete your data as the privacy note says.

Changes

We post changes to these terms on this page with a new date. For important changes we tell account holders by email before they take effect. If you do not agree, stop using Gravity and end your account.

Law

The mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live applies.
